Maintenance Team Lead Opportunity at TQR

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Job Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. You will also develop and implement effective maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team.
  2. Investigate and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Develop and implement effective maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a valid driving license and able to travel as required.

Salary Estimate: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
