Fitness Operations Manager

Represent Everlast Gyms with Excellence
As a key member of our team, you will embody the spirit of our brand, representing us as an ambassador for fitness and demonstrating our elevated ways of working at all times.
Driving Business Growth
You will be responsible for driving all revenue lines, from membership sales to product and secondary sales, to drive overall profitability of the gym. This includes effective management of controllable costs such as stock orders and cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend.
Leadership and Team Management
You will lead by example on reception and the gym floor, in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit. You will also be responsible for leading the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within your gym.
Operational Excellence
You will ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard. This includes reporting facilities and maintenance-related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for health, fitness, and wellness. A Level 2 qualification in fitness is desirable, as is strong leadership quality. You will also need to be adaptable in communication and management style, depending on the team member and their drivers.
Additional Information
We are looking for someone who is driven and ambitious, with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the role. You will need to be flexible in working hours and location to support the needs of the business, including weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
