About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Health and Safety Expert to join our team at Fusion People Ltd. This role will involve working on a variety of projects, from new build housing to infrastructure and specialist projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the required health and safety standards. This will involve conducting site inspections and monitoring visits, attending project meetings, and maintaining high-quality output from projects.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of the CDM regulations and associated legislation. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections and monitoring visits to ensure health and safety compliance
  • Attend project meetings and maintain high-quality output from projects
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
  • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Significant experience in the construction industry, preferably with a design-related degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong understanding of the CDM regulations and associated legislation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

Benefits

Fusion People Ltd offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000, plus a car allowance, depending on experience.
