About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Advisor. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with the HR Manager and Operations Managers to provide operational HR support in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for influencing, coaching, and developing managers in the use of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. You will also partner with hiring managers to support recruitment, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Additionally, you will support and guide managers in the performance appraisal process, providing tools and strategies to enhance employee performance. You will ensure all HR activities comply with current employment law and regulatory requirements, staying updated with any legislative changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence and develop managers in the use of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Support and guide managers in the performance appraisal process, providing tools and strategies to enhance employee performance.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with current employment law and regulatory requirements, staying updated with any legislative changes.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong knowledge of UK employment law. You will have a proven track record in managing a variety of employee relations cases, from investigations to resolution.

You will also have a minimum of 5 years HR experience, preferably supporting multiple sites and in a unionized manufacturing environment. English language is a must.
