Project Manager - Regulatory Change

Join Barclays as a Project Manager - Regulatory Change and play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our digital landscape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing change projects that align with our strategic objectives, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring they are properly resourced and equipped with necessary skills and expertise to deliver project objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure they are informed about project progress and their needs are met.
  • Manage project risks, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies as necessary.
  • Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure successful project implementation and embedding within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Regulatory project management experience, including ability to understand, interpret, and adapt project or programme approach to suit business context.
  • Experience working in major regulations and leading implementations.
  • Excellent understanding of IB products and prior experience delivering regulatory projects.
