Recco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to support the successful submission of tenders and proposals for new projects.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and preparing tender responses within specified deadlines.


Tender Preparation:
  • Gather and analyze tender documents, including specifications, drawings, and contract terms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary information and pricing.
  • Prepare and submit tender responses within specified deadlines.

Proposal Development:
  • Assist in the development of compelling proposals for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure proposals align with company objectives.

Bid Management:
  • Track and manage the progress of bids throughout the tendering process.
  • Maintain a comprehensive bid database and filing system.

Bid Analysis:
  • Analyze bid results to identify areas for improvement and inform future bidding strategies.

Contract Administration:
  • Assist in the preparation of contract documents and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Compliance:
  • Adhere to all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of construction estimating software (e.g., CostX, WinQS) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
