Sales Administration Position

We are hiring a Sales Administrator to contribute to our team in Telford area.

Job Tasks:
  • Support the administration of sales functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with accounting teams to accurately record sales and purchase invoices.
  2. Process sales orders, verifying accurate data and communicating with credit control teams.
  3. Issue proforma invoices when necessary.
  4. Review sales orders for release and production, issuing orders for the Profiles Department.
  5. Manage goods and services receivable, attaching relevant documentation and certificates.
  6. Maintain detailed records and spreadsheets of Goods and Consumables purchased.
  7. Engage with suppliers of goods and services.
  8. Generate reports for management using ERP and Excel software.
  9. Ensure employee personnel files are up to date.
  10. Prepare stock take documents and materials.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and team members to implement company goals and policies.
  12. Maintain Health and Safety standards set by the company.
  13. Foster a positive team environment.
Job Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong mathematical and language skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft applications and computer systems.
  4. Able to work independently with high attention to detail.
  5. Able to manage workload under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Details:
  • Flexible working hours: 07:30 till 16:00 or 08:00-16:30.
  • Hourly salary range: £12.50 - £13.00, estimated annual salary for this role is around £25,000 based on full-time employment.
  • Temporary to permanent employment opportunity, lasting 12 weeks.
