Shop Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for covering annual leave and absence, ensuring the smooth operation of our shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming shop environment.
  • Manage shop stock, including receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supervise volunteers and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure the shop is secure and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to the achievement of shop targets and goals, working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, particularly with knowledge of good quality brands.
  • Flexibility to cover last-minute or advance shifts, up to two weeks at a time.
  • Ability to work autonomously, alone or with volunteers.
  • Strong animal welfare knowledge and interests.
