Job Title: Kitchen Assistant - Food Preparation
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our kitchen team as a Food Preparation Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold dishes for our breakfast buffet, ensuring that our guests receive a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing hot and cold dishes for the breakfast buffet
- Preparing dishes for our Chill#02 menu
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Washing dishes and kitchen utensils
- Cleaning equipment and production areas
- Maintaining cleanliness of the pantry, fridges, and freezers
- Complying with Food Safety regulations
- Creating new menu ideas
