Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor Opportunity

YOUR Personal Training is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor to join our team at the Waterside Hotel and Leisure Club.

Job Summary

This is a part-time employed Fitness Instructor role combined with a self-employed Personal Trainer license. The successful candidate will work 10 hours a week within the employment of The Waterside Hotel and Leisure Club, while also having the opportunity to develop their own Personal Training business with our support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver gym appointments, including BIOCIRCUIT inductions and reviews, with full training provided.
  • Create engaging social media content to promote the club and our services.
  • Lead designated studio/gym floor workshops, scheduled in advance.
  • Make gym appointment calls to confirm member attendance.
  • Maintain a tidy gym floor during downtime.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required.

  • The successful candidate will possess and be able to evidence the following personal characteristics:
  • Enthusiasm and a personable approach, with a passion for interacting with the public.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills, able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • An outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
