Job Title: Solicitor required

We are seeking a highly experienced Solicitor to join our team at SSQ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international law and commercial arbitration, with a proven track record of success in handling complex arbitration cases.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to take on a challenging role in our international arbitration team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of arbitration cases, from initial client consultations to final hearings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex arbitration cases, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports
  • Conduct client consultations and provide expert advice on international arbitration law and procedure
  • Represent clients in arbitration hearings and negotiations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective case strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in international law and commercial arbitration
  • Experience in handling complex arbitration cases, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
