About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Service Architect to join our team at Anson McCade, a leading defence company in the United Kingdom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end service solutions for our customers, with a focus on service management and transition.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document service designs for complex solutions
  • Collaborate with the bid team to ensure service management elements are met
  • Provide expertise on industry-leading service management concepts and techniques
  • Design service operating models for major IT systems
  • Communicate with senior executives and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Run workshops and bring consensus to the team
  • Ensure commercial acumen and knowledge of contractual obligations
  • Lead team coordination and motivation

Requirements

  • Current SC or DV Clearance
  • Significant experience in service design and management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership and negotiation skills
