About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hand Therapist / Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will work closely with hand consultants and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients.

**Job Summary:**
In this role, you will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to patients with hand injuries or conditions. You will work collaboratively with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will also develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patient needs.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
• Provide physiotherapy services to patients with hand injuries or conditions
• Work collaboratively with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patient needs
• BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
• Further training in hand therapy and experience in custom splinting
• Excellent clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
