Care Assistant and Senior Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at one of our NHS care homes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality person-centred care and support to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of dedicated Care Assistants.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the clinical team, as well as developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
With a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you progress your career.
About the RoleAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality person-centred care and support to our residents
- Supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Working collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver high-quality care
