About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancer to join our dynamic team at TSR Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our Conveyancing Services team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of property transactions, including sales via auction, transfers of equity, and other business-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy caseload of property transactions, ensuring timely completion and high-quality service delivery.
  • Review and manage documentation, including contracts and deeds, to ensure compliance with quality standards and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with unit leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders to drive transactions forward and resolve client due diligence issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalized service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with a supportive team, including assistant-level resources, to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.
Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual with prior experience in property transactions and managing a busy caseload. Strong written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships are essential. The role demands the capacity to address issues methodically and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
