Job Description:

  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

You will work closely with teachers to implement individualised learning plans, provide a safe environment, and help students engage with their learning.

  • Support students with their learning, helping to build confidence and independence.
  • Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of student progress, tracking their achievements.
  • Collaborate with educational psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to support student wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with primary school aged children.
  • Experience working with pupils with SEND/SEMH.
  • A passion for the progress of pupils.
  • An ability to work as part of a team.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position with an excellent daily rate.
">

We offer competitive rates paid via PAYE, based on your scale rate, experience in role, and qualifications. Our rates are subject to change but we commit to transparency and fair compensation.
