About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child and Adolescent Eating Disorder Specialist Psychiatrist to join our team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our community mental health team, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychiatric services to children and adolescents with eating disorders across North East London, Essex, and Kent.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide specialist psychiatric services to children and adolescents with eating disorders, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families
* Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each patient
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination

Requirements

* Eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
* Experience working with children and adolescents with eating disorders
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
