As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and contributing to the overall efficiency of our office.

Key Responsibilities: These will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing travel and expenses for assigned team members. You will also be required to support the Archives Team with archived documentation and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as experience working in a similar administrative capacity. You must also have a strong understanding of MS Office and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
