Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our Pavers team in Solihull. As a key member of our store team, you'll inspire and support your colleagues in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, coaching and developing the team to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories to complement a customer's needs.
  • Be self-aware, questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store alongside the management team.
  • Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example and embodying our values.

Requirements

  • Good availability for a 16-hour contract over 4 days per week, including weekend and weekday working.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
