Community Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Argyll Bute Council.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting the delivery of Community Learning and Development services throughout Argyll and Bute.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community development, learning, and management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community learning and development strategies to meet the needs of local communities
- Manage and support a team of community learning and development staff
- Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to deliver community learning and development services
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community learning and development services
- Develop and manage budgets for community learning and development services
