Healthcare Experience Partner

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Experience Partner to help us improve safety throughout our organisation. As a Healthcare Experience Partner, you will work with staff, patients, carers, and their families to ensure that the patient voice is heard.
Main Duties- Attend safety meetings and participate in discussions.
- Help implement the National Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF).
- Provide support for staff safety training.
- Contribute to the development of the Patient Safety Partner role.
We follow agenda for change and offer an NHS Pension, making us a great place to work. Our head office is based in Wavertree, but you may need to travel to sites occasionally.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £27,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience.
