About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced growing industry and contribute to the company's success. As a Bilingual Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, communicating with customers, suppliers, and sales engineers, and processing customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and sales engineers
- Process customer enquiries and respond to queries
- Calculate costs and prepare customer quotations
- Check the availability of materials and coordinate with suppliers
- Provide technical documentation and certification to customers
- Process orders for new seals and service on customer site
- Send inquiries to suppliers and place orders
- Manage customer portals and process customer orders
- Create and send sales orders, order acknowledgements, delivery notes, and invoicing
- Save order-related documents on the internal server
- Update, follow-up, deliver, and invoice quantity contracts and customer agreements
- Process customer complaints and register shipments online with carriers
- Complete supplier declarations and customer certification when required
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role
- Strong administration experience
