Chase & Holland Recruitment Ltd is excited to be working with a highly successful global manufacturer based in Rotherham who are currently recruiting a Bilingual Administrator (German/English) to join their team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced growing industry and contribute to the company's success. As a Bilingual Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, communicating with customers, suppliers, and sales engineers, and processing customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and sales engineers
  • Process customer enquiries and respond to queries
  • Calculate costs and prepare customer quotations
  • Check the availability of materials and coordinate with suppliers
  • Provide technical documentation and certification to customers
  • Process orders for new seals and service on customer site
  • Send inquiries to suppliers and place orders
  • Manage customer portals and process customer orders
  • Create and send sales orders, order acknowledgements, delivery notes, and invoicing
  • Save order-related documents on the internal server
  • Update, follow-up, deliver, and invoice quantity contracts and customer agreements
  • Process customer complaints and register shipments online with carriers
  • Complete supplier declarations and customer certification when required
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role
  • Strong administration experience
