We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer with substantial experience in the UK residential sector to contribute to our team's success. Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Technical and Commercial Execution: Manage the technical and commercial aspects of project work to ensure successful completion.

\u2022 Mentorship: Provide guidance and delegate tasks to junior engineers and technicians to help develop their skills.

\u2022 Complex Analysis and Design: Undertake complex engineering analysis and design calculations.

\u2022 Quality Assurance: Check the work of other engineers and technicians to maintain high standards.

\u2022 Business Management: Implement business management systems and assist in preparing fee bids.

\u2022 Project Management: Oversee projects, including invoicing and resource management.

\u2022 Staff Development: Assist in the training, appraisal, and management of technical staff.

\u2022 Client Interaction: Develop strong relationships with clients and provide advice on complex engineering matters during meetings and inspections.

Requirements:

\u2022 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the UK residential sector. Experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.

\u2022 Education: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

\u2022 Professional Membership: Chartered or Incorporated Engineer Member of IStructE, ICE, or another relevant institution.

\u2022 Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and commercially aware. Proven ability in engineering design and reporting.
