Job Title: Transportation Trainer

Voyago is seeking a skilled Transportation Trainer to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for training employees to operate all company-owned vehicles and assisting new hires in upgrading their licenses.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in transportation training and a passion for delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for drivers, including health and safety training and q-straint training.
  • Evaluating the performance of new hires and existing employees, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including employee training records and deficiency reports.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve training programs and processes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  1. An A, B, or C class licence held for a minimum of 3 years (mandatory).
  2. A clean driving record and Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
  3. Excellent customer service experience.
  4. Superior organization and communications skills.
  5. Availability to work Monday to Friday (no evenings, weekends, or holidays).
