Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Landscape Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality management and maintenance of our green estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Trust's green estate to a high standard, ensuring it is clean and safe for visitors.
  • Support team members in delivering operational and landscape works efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise contractors and Direct Works teams as required.
  • Contribute to promoting the values and culture of the organisation.
Requirements
  • A full driving licence is essential.
  • Experience in parks management, including forestry, arboriculture, landscape maintenance, and hard landscaping.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with team members, the public, and third parties.
  • Well-organised and able to work under pressure, using your own initiative.
  • Prepared to take on further training to enhance your skills and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 is desirable.
