We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Clinical Services to join our dynamic team at Priory Group. As a key member of our hospital senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership
  • Ensure full compliance with legislation, statutory regulations, organisational and local policies, procedures and professional standards
  • Lead and manage clinical teams to achieve high-quality clinical and therapeutic outcomes
  • Collaborate with external professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Implement and review quality initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Recognised post-registration qualification and full membership/accreditation of a relevant professional institution
  • Experience of working at a supervisory or managerial level within a mental health environment
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment
