Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating funding related processes to ensure timely submission of opportunities, proposals, contracts, and amendments to donors.
  • Managing complex authorisation processes with attention to detail and initiative.
  • Effective communication with team members and stakeholders, using strong written and verbal skills to analyse and synthesise complex issues.
  • Multi-tasking to service multiple bids and competing requirements, with excellent resource management and planning skills.
  • Demonstrating tact and sensitivity in working across organisational boundaries, business units, and teams in an effective and productive way.
