Plasterer Role at PSR Solutions

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying coats of plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, and partitions for a smooth or textured finish. Your attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work will be essential in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Apply coats of plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, and partitions for a smooth or textured finish.
* Repair and restore surfaces that have been damaged or worn over time.
* Prepare work surfaces by removing old plaster, debris, and contaminants.
* Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency, ensuring proper application.
* Use trowels, brushes, and other tools to achieve the required finish on various surfaces.
* Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project completion.

**Requirements:**

* NVQ Level 2
* Proven experience as a plasterer or in a similar role.
* Ability to work with a variety of plastering tools and materials.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
* Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
