We are seeking a skilled Plumber Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, and baths.
  • Perform remedial carpentry works, repair patching of plaster, and replace small areas of tiles.

Requirements:

  • Hold a trade-related qualification, such as City and Guilds or NVQ level 2.
  • Hold a valid full UK driving license for 12 months, as a work van will be provided.
