Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Personalized Service: Respond promptly and efficiently to guests' requests, addressing their needs with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Maintain Effective Communication: Facilitate seamless communication between hotel departments, ensuring guests receive the support they need throughout their stay.
  • Upsell Hotel Facilities: Leverage your knowledge of hotel amenities and services to promote sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: One year of experience in Front Office or hotel outlets is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, preferably in Opera Cloud.
  • Attention to Detail: Deliver efficient customer service while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This comprehensive package includes a generous benefits program, designed to support your overall well-being and career growth.
