Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient individual to operate machinery, assemble products, and ensure production targets are met in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate Machinery Safely and Efficiently: Ensure all machinery is used safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
  • Assemble Products Accurately: Assemble products according to company specifications, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on finished products and report any defects or issues.
  • Meet Production Deadlines: Work closely with the team to ensure production targets are met, and deadlines are achieved.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, adapting to changing circumstances and meeting production targets.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining quality standards.
  • Physical Fitness: Physical fitness is required for manual handling tasks, lifting, and moving equipment.
  • Shift Work: Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by the business.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and contributing to a positive work environment.
