About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our service delivery team and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment, retention, and engagement of staff team(s)
  • Leading the continuous professional development of teams
  • Undertaking regular quality supervisions, appraisals, debriefs, team meetings
  • Managing rotas and time sheets for the service in line with procedures
  • Complete a minimum of 12 hours per week directly supporting the individual
  • Identifying and developing talent for succession planning
  • Undertake senior support worker, team leader and support worker duties where applicable
  • Cover shifts where there is a shortfall within the rota and no cover can be found
  • Be part of the company on-call system outside of normal operating hours
  • Liaising with the responsible housing provider for repairs and maintenance
  • Leading on health and safety responsibilities as determined by the partnership with the housing provider
