We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the engineering aspects of a high-quality residential development in Newry.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field and previous experience as a Site Engineer on residential projects. Proficiency with surveying equipment and construction software is also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and execute all site engineering activities, including setting out, surveying, and quality control, for a residential project.
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and construction teams to maintain project schedules and efficiency.
- Ensure all construction complies with relevant building codes, safety standards, and company protocols.
