As a highly skilled Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of a commercial office block and warehouse premises project. Your expertise will be sought after by clients, architects, and consultants to ensure the project meets all requirements.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Site Engineer to join our client's team on a new commercial project based in South Down. As a key member of the construction team, you will oversee the site from inception to completion, ensuring all work adheres to design specifications, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Setting out, levelling, and surveying the site
  • Managing and supervising site operatives and subcontractors
  • Coordinating with clients, architects, and consultants to meet project requirements
  • Preparing project documentation and providing regular progress reports
  • Handling any on-site issues and ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering / construction engineering and management
  • Multiple years' experience as a Site Engineer
  • Proven experience in commercial construction projects
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
