Job Title: SEN Support Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Support Assistant to join our inclusive and vibrant community at our Outstanding Primary School in Enfield.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each student's unique needs.
Support students in developing vital social, emotional, and academic skills to help them grow holistically.
Monitor student progress and share valuable feedback with teachers and parents to ensure continuous improvement.
Assist with classroom management and behavior support, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning space.
