Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care, medication, and practical tasks
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop care plans that meet their individual requirements
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Support clients with their medication, including administration and monitoring
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients.
