Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care, medication, and practical tasks
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and adapt care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client
Requirements
