Job Description

We are seeking an experienced or newly qualified social worker to join our team. As a social support professional, you will work closely with adults and their families to provide tailored support and services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of complex cases, including assessment of risk and purposeful intervention through direct work and commissioned services.
  • Providing advice and guidance in complex situations, chairing meetings involving clients, family members, carers, and other multi-agency professionals.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A qualification in social work and current registration with the Social Work England register.
  • At least 1 year's experience in social work, with evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Capability of practice in accordance with current professional standards.
