About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Practitioner to join our team at DHU Healthcare. As a Clinical Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the transformation of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients across the West and East Midlands, working in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our services, sharing your expertise and knowledge to drive excellence.
  • Work closely with our teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

Requirements
  • Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in primary care, emergency care, or out-of-hours services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
