About the Role
We are currently searching for a talented Service Management Specialist to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and contributing to the overall success of our residential service in Doveridge. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life of individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health problems.

This role offers a competitive salary of £14.58 per hour for 37.5 hours a week and opportunities for professional growth. If you have a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, experience working with vulnerable adults, and a passion for leadership and management, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of colleagues and provide guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life of individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health problems
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve service goals
• Participate in the on-call rota and respond to emergencies as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Experience working with vulnerable adults
• Strong leadership and management skills
• A full UK driving licence is preferred
