**Deputy Service Manager Opportunity**

Voyage Care Ltd is a leading provider of care services, and we're currently seeking a skilled Deputy Service Manager to join our team in Doveridge. This is an excellent chance for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in care management, a strong understanding of person-centred approaches, and excellent leadership skills. A driver's license is preferred, but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.58 per hour, plus enhancements for evening and weekend shifts. Our comprehensive benefits package includes premium overtime rates, funded Blue Light Card discounts, enhanced retirement leave, long service awards, and access to our excellent training programme.

As a Deputy Service Manager at Voyage Care, you'll be responsible for managing a team of colleagues, developing support plans, conducting care needs assessments, and contributing to the day-to-day management of our service. You'll play a key role in shaping the care experience for our service users.

Responsibilities:
