Logistics Administrator Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Administrator Assistant to assist with daily tasks, including providing support to the Logistics Ops Manager, making contact with customers and logistics companies by telephone and email, and liaising with other departments to confirm customer schedules and priorities.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating bookings with transport and logistics providers, generating dispatch and shipping documentation, and checking, generating, and distributing customer invoices.
