Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food services to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality food that meets our standards of excellence.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage kitchen inventory to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our food service needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that we deliver exceptional food service to our clients and customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and customers, responding to their needs and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that our kitchen meets the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, complying with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: Proven experience in a similar Chef role, with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate: Hold a valid Food Hygiene certificate, demonstrating your commitment to food safety and hygiene.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
