Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Develop and implement new menu ideas that are innovative, delicious, and meet the needs of our clients and customers.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that all food handling and hygiene procedures are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our culinary team to achieve exceptional results and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that our kitchens are well-stocked and that we minimize waste.
  • Customer Feedback: Listen to and act on customer feedback to continuously improve our food services and meet the evolving needs of our clients and customers.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Compass Group UK & Ireland and maintain a positive brand image through your work and interactions with clients and customers.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: Proven experience as a Chef in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food services.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate: Hold a valid Food Hygiene certificate and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
