Maintenance Assistant - Rubislaw Park Care Home

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Rubislaw Park Care Home. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our building and equipment, creating a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including electrical checks and repairs, to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Install and upgrade equipment and appliances as needed, ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Perform outdoor maintenance tasks, such as lawn mowing and trash collection, to keep our grounds looking pristine.
  • Conduct regular checks of safety systems, including fire alarms, to ensure everyone's well-being.
  • Collaborate with our facilities manager to address any larger issues and ensure all work meets our high standards.
