Adventure Programme Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Adventure Programme Coordinator who can develop and implement innovative outdoor education programmes for our students.
This position involves designing and delivering high-quality programmes that cater to diverse age groups, from 3 months to 18 years, with a focus on developing skills and confidence in outdoor activities such as climbing and paddlesport.
Our institute offers a comprehensive training program, and we provide opportunities for professional growth and development. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £50,000-£70,000 per year.
You will work collaboratively with our team to create engaging and challenging outdoor experiences that meet the needs of all participants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our institution and contribute to shaping the next generation of outdoor leaders.
