Helpdesk Operator

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Helpdesk Operator to join our Global Service Desk Team based in London, Liverpool Street.
The successful candidate will provide 1st line support for all JHI employees, perform vendor management duties, and escalate incidents to senior IT service desk specialists. They will also act as a point of contact for incidents and service requests, resolve and escalate issues within agreed SLAs, and manage on/off-boarding processes.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in an IT service desk support role, knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 applications, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience of providing 1st line support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen desire to learn and progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line support for all JHI employees
- Perform vendor management duties

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in an IT service desk support role
