Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recycling Operative. As a key member of our recycling process, you will play a crucial role in sorting and segregating various materials to ensure proper recycling and waste management.

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting Recyclable Materials: Sort through incoming materials to separate recyclables, ensuring accurate identification and separation of different types of materials.
  • Operating Machinery: Operate conveyor belts, sorting machines, and other equipment efficiently and safely to facilitate the sorting process.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to established procedures for waste disposal.
  • Following Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Requirements:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, ensuring physical endurance and stamina.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to accurately identify and sort different types of materials, ensuring high-quality work.
  • Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries, prioritizing a safe working environment.
  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic, ensuring timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.

Working Hours: Monday - Fridays, 6pm-4am
