About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Waste Collection Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting household waste and recycling from our customers in the Exeter area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and transport household waste and recycling from customers in the Exeter area.
  • Work closely with your team to ensure a high standard of service is provided to our customers.
  • Ensure that our customers' and our own health and safety regulations are always followed.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What You'll Need:

  • Be able to manage the physical elements of the role, including walking, lifting, and repetitive movements.
  • Have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Desirable: experience working in the waste industry.
