Job Summary

Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the manufacturing operations function for Re:Build New Kensington, including planning, commitment, production, and continuous improvement.

As a dynamic leader, construct a best-in-class manufacturing team fulfilling a diverse array of products and markets.

Our company is poised for growth and expansion in a number of industries, and we need your help to design, improve and manage the systems of operations to ensure an incredible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines.
  2. Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
  3. Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads Lean process improvement culture.
  4. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes, and introduction of advanced manufacturing technologies.
Requirements

8+ years of experience working in a fabrication, or manufacturing environment.

Experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and people targets.

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
